Pamela is an experienced litigator of civil and family matters. With a background in criminology, Pamela’s past experience includes youth and criminal matters, civil litigation (personal injury) and family matters. Pamela was contract counsel for the Ministry of Social Development for nine years, obtaining child and spousal support orders on behalf of recipients of income assistance benefits.

She has assisted clients with various family issues including divorce, separation agreements, cohabitation agreements, custody and access disputes, property division, family adoption, child protection and maintenance. Pamela regularly attends court at the Provincial Court and Supreme Court levels and volunteered for many years at the Surrey Women’s Centre clinic for Access Pro Bono.

Pamela has specific training in family law mediation and Collaborative family law and has significant experience dealing with high conflict situations. She strives to achieve practical resolutions for her clients whether that is through negotiation, mediation or court.

In her spare time, Pamela is actively involved in volunteering in the community, and enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and the family dog.
